These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 11zz platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

11zz is an online entertainment and betting platform offering a variety of gaming options for users in Bangladesh, including cricket, football, tennis, slots, and live casino. To use the platform, you must be at least 21 years old as required by the applicable legal age limit in Bangladesh.

1 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 11zz and enjoy all platform benefits, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
• Each person may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• Keeping the account password and login details confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Operating an account on someone else's behalf or transferring an account is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to 11zz immediately.

11zz may request identity documents or additional paperwork at any time for verification purposes. If documents are not provided within the specified period, 11zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 11zz platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — these three mobile financial services only.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Funds deposited to an account can only be returned to the same registered payment method.
• 11zz may temporarily freeze an account and its funds while investigating any suspicious transaction.

11zz ensures that all financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted, and 11zz will not be liable if such transactions are rejected.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members on 11zz are eligible for a welcome bonus and various promotional benefits. However, the following conditions apply when using these bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
• A bonus may only apply to specific games or bet types — the detailed terms of each offer are stated separately.
• Multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address cannot claim bonuses.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 11zz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

11zz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Each bonus has its own validity period, and if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

11zz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, the remaining net balance minus any applicable bonuses will be returned, unless fraud is found during investigation. 11zz's decision on this matter is final.

Users may also voluntarily close their account. In that case, contact the support team via live chat or email.

8 Privacy & Personal Data

11zz places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal data. Information collected at registration is used solely for improving platform services, identity verification, and processing transactions.
